You can define Alert notifications to arrive at your channel of choice, to support the way you prefer to be notified when something happens in your business.
Anodot supports various notification channels and you are able to define per alert which channel is notified:
- Email (see the example below)
- Slack
- Webhook (the webhook channel enables you to connect Anodot to any process you are running. Notifications are sent via HTTP/HTTPS [See Webhook Alert Formats])
- Mattermost
- ServiceNow (Incidents)
- Salesforce
- PagerDuty
- JIRA Instance
- Opsgenie
- Microsoft Teams
- TamTam Chat Messenger
- AWS SNS Channel
- Telegram
Note: To ensure the alerts are distributed via the chosen channel, make sure your Allowlist includes Anodot server IP addresses. See Allowlist Anodot Servers.
The following notification is an example of an email alert notification; it includes options to investigate and tune the alert, as well as an option to provide feedback (feedback is relevant for all alert types: anomaly, static, and no data).
Note that when you reply to an email notification, the response text in your email is turned into comments in the alert.
See Managing Alert Channels for further information.
