Create a user in the account
Response Fields
The response is a user object. See the Get User call for details.

| emails | string | User email. |
| groups | array | List of group IDs the user belongs to (empty if none). |
| defaultGroup | string ($uuid) | Group ID of the user’s default group. |
| role | enum | Role assigned to the user. Available options: "customer-user", "customer-read-only". Creating admin users via API is not supported. |
| personalMsg | string | Welcome message sent to the user in their registration email. |
