Anodot supports various notification channels for the alerts generated in Anodot. You can define which of those channels is notified per alert when creating an alert or editing an alert.
Note: To ensure the alerts are distributed via the chosen channel, make sure your Allowlist includes Anodot server IP addresses. See Allowlist Anodot Servers.
To view channels
From the Navigation Panel, click Integrations > Channels. The Channels page is displayed.
From this page, you can create, duplicate, edit and delete channels as required. You can also use the filters to filter the displayed list of channels according to channel type, owner, or access group (if the RBAC feature is enabled in your account).
You can also expand/collapse the listed channel types by clicking .
For example, to create a new Slack channel, hover over the Slack channel row, and click + New Channel. In the displayed New Slack Channel dialog, as shown below, define the relevant settings and click Create Channel.
