Business metrics are notoriously hard to monitor because of their unique context and volatile nature.
Anodot’s Business Monitoring platform uses machine learning to constantly analyze and correlate every business metric, providing real-time alerts and forecasts within a single, scalable platform. The Anodot solution helps reduce detection and resolution for revenue-critical issues by as much as 80%.
The Anodot platform works in real-time, on the cloud using large scale data from any software, either through an API or a small relay.
How Anodot works

To get up and running with Anodot, you first need to connect your data sources with Anodot. This enables the 'metrics' to start flowing so that the Anodot AI can start learning how your data behaves. For more information, see Introduction to Collecting and Streaming Data. |

Anodot monitors any time series metrics and identifies deviations (anomalies) from your metrics’ normal behavior patterns, as learned through Anodot’s patented algorithms. These anomalies are listed in the Alert Console. Use Anodot's configurable graphic Dashboard interface to display and analyze selected metrics and/or time series metrics groupings in easy to access tiles. For more information, see Anomalies Overview and Dashboard Overview. |

Anodot machine learning algorithms seamlessly identify correlations between metrics to help you with root cause analysis. For more information, see Correlating Anomalies. |

Anodot enables you to configure alert trigger notifications when metrics have crossed normal or customized thresholds. You can also send alert notifications to the relevant personnel via a variety of channels (including email, Webhook, Slack, PagerDuty, JIRA, and Microsoft Teams), in order for them to take action on the notification. For more information, see Alerts Overview and Getting Alert Notifications. |

Anodot also enables you to provide instant feedback to help fine-tune the Anodot algorithms. For each alert that is triggered and listed in the Alert Console or in an alert notification, you can click Good Catch! or Not Interesting. For more information, see Why should I click the feedback button?. |
