As described in Managing Alert Channels, you can define Alert notifications to arrive at your channel of choice, to support the way you prefer to be notified when something happens in your business.

Note: A maximum of 20 metrics per alert can be sent via notifications, with a maximum of 50 metrics in total.
Email Alert Notifications
Each email notification includes details of the alert status (open/closed/updated), the alert name and description, and the percentage change of the KPI from the baseline. You can also see the anomaly chart and a zoomed-in view of the anomaly time span.
Click the Investigate and Tune Alert buttons to analyze the alert and fine-tune the alert settings.
In addition, the email notification can also include an Impact value, as shown below. For more information, see Measuring Business Impact.
Correlating Events
To display the correlation between preset Events and Alerts in email notifications, Correlate Events must be set to Yes in Anomaly and Static alerts. See Defining Anomaly Alerts - Advanced Settings
Slack Alert Notifications
As per the email notifications, each Slack notification includes details of the alert status (open/closed/updated), the alert name and description, and the percentage change of the KPI from the baseline. You can also see the anomaly chart and a zoomed-in view of the anomaly time span.
Click Investigate to open the Anomaps and Anomalies charts page, and click the blue chevron to show/hide the anomaly and zoom in charts.
