Reporting issues and bugs
If you come across any issues or bugs in Anodot, feel free to contact us via any of the following methods:
- Email: Drop us a line at support@anodot.com.
- Within Anodot: In the bottom right corner of the Anodot UI, click . This will open up our knowledge bot. Click on the left tab and select Issue.
- Slack channel: Your organization will typically have a joint Slack channel with Anodot; these channels are constantly monitored by our support team.
- Dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM): Feel free to reach out to your dedicated customer success manager.
Asking for new features
If you would like to suggest any new features for Anodot, feel free to contact us via any of the following methods:
- Email: Drop us a line at product@anodot.com.
- Product Portal: Access our portal here - https://www.anodot.com/roadmap.
- Within Anodot: In the bottom right corner of the Anodot UI, click . This will open up our knowledge bot. Click on the left tab and select Feedback.
- Slack: In the Anodot Community Slack workspace, please use the #product_updates channel.
