CREATING AN MS SQL SERVER SOURCE

  1. On the Streams page, click Sources +.
  2. In Source Types, click START on the MS SQL Server tile. The MS SQL Server dialog box is displayed.

  3. Enter your Server location.
  4. Either enter your MS SQL Server port number or leave the default port number [1433] as-is.
  5. Enter a Database name.
  6. Enter a User name. 
  7. enter a user password. [Optional]
  8. Enable / disable Use SSL. The default is Use SSL enabled.
  9. Enable Verify Server Certificate.
  10. Click Continue to open the Stream Query window.
