There are four main user roles in Anodot, each of which has a variety of rights and permissions:
| Admin | The Admin has access to ALL features in Anodot. |
| User | Like the Admin, registered users have access to all Anodot features, except for restrictions in managing other users and channels, managing streams, and setting authentication and API tokens. |
| Read-only user | Users with read-only permissions can only view the main Anodot features, such as the Alerts Console, Anoboards, and Data Collectors, and all the Support pages (including creating support tickets). |
| No-auth access | Users with no-auth access permissions can only view public dashboards but can create support tickets. |
