CREATING CHANNEL RECIPIENT INSTANCES

  1. In the Alerts tab, select an alert, the Alert details panel is displayed.
  2. If you are the owner of the alert or an admin user, click  the Pen icon.

    Note:  If the  View icon, is displayed, you will have to duplicate the alert, and repeat steps 1 and 2 above.

  3. In the Edit Alert dialog box, scroll down to the Recipients section.
  4. Open the Channel drop-down menu and select a channel. 
  5. Open the Instance drop-down menu, select an  instance from the drop-down list. The Instance is displayed in the Current list.
  6. Click Save.

EDITING CHANNEL RECIPIENT INSTANCES

  1. Repeat steps 1 - 3 in Creating Channel Recipient Instances.
  2. Click Edit next to the instance you want to edit.
  3. Enter the Instance Name and the Required fields in the Edit Instance dialog box,
  4. Click Save.
